Over the weekend I rode on my bike up to mountaintop and over to Goodman. Very few of the trees’ leaves’ have started changing so I couldn’t find the perfect composition, but I did find some good spots. The first picture is the one I like most. I like the composition of the big tree in front and the parallel lines of the walls. The second picture is charming with the barn and corn in the background. However I don’t like the intrusion of the power lines or the angle. Also the light is bad in the photo but that’s a product of the time of day and snapping a quick photo. The last photo has potential but I need to revisit the spot and see if there’s a place for me to set up and paint. I really like the tombstones and overarching tree.
